Contributing ten compositions that can stylistically be placed somewhere between souljazz, gospel, blues and world music with catchy melodies and funky grooves. The line-up of a quintet with two horns contributes to the 'sixties' legacy of the Adderley brothers, Art Blakey and Junior Mance.
